Xenia is a business advisor and second-generation family business owner who helps business leaders and entrepreneurs build successful ventures and navigate challenges and uncertainty by blending practical strategies in finance, operations, marketing, and risk management with human leadership qualities like resilience, motivation, and perseverance fueled by mindfulness practices.

Xenia brings an international perspective grounded in decades of cross border investment and infrastructure experience, where she has navigated complex global structured finance deals, joint ventures, and high stakes commercial litigation protecting against hostile takeovers and loan-to-own schemes. Her work is backed by dual Global Executive MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School with focus on Business Strategy, Private Equity and Entrepreneurship and a BSBA from Boston University concentrating on business law, international management, marketing, and ethics.
