RealAmerica.Vote files Amicus Curiae in the case of US v Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

The amicus curiae has been filed and accepted by the court. RAV argues that "the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is in violation of the Composition Clause, the VRA, NVRA, HAVA, the Elections and Guarantee Clauses, critical infrastructure requirements and national security standards, and the Court should order PA and their Secretary of State to provide United States of America (DOJ) access to complete voter registration list and any other federal records it may request." RealAmerica.Vote files Amicus Curiae in the case of US v New York State Board of Elections

The amicus curiae has been filed and accepted by the court. It reads, "New York’s denial of comprehensive federal access to its cyber-breached, error-ridden, noncompliant voter roll has created an impermissible barrier to federal oversight, and directly contravenes the constitutional framework governing election integrity."  (Click the thumbnail image to download the filed lawsuit.)

Lawsuit filed October 13th against Letitia James as NYSAG and NYSBOE

This lawsuit against Letitia James  as New York State Attorney General (NTSAG) and staff and New York State Board of Elections (NYSBOE) addresses ongoing violations of our civil rights to legitimate representative government through the freely exercised right to vote in fair elections, the right to petition for redress of grievances, and the right to speak about a government that fails to deliver on both counts, under Article 1 § 2 of the United States Constitution, the First, Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, and 52 U.S.C. § 10101(b).
