Ms. Marly Hornik is a constitutional, election law and civil rights advocacy expert, legal and policy strategist.
Marly is a nationally recognized leader in election validity and civic engagement. She is the founder and Chairman of Real America Vote, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to a non-partisan effort to secure accurate, legally compliant, process-controlled auditable U.S. elections and educate the public on fundamental civil rights to legitimate representable government. As CEO, Ms. Hornik brings strategic leadership and operational direction to the organization’s national initiatives.
Marly began this path in 2021 by founding and serving as Executive Director of New York Citizens Audit (NYCA), where she pioneered grassroots efforts across New York State focusing on researching and analyzing election process issues, educating citizens in New York and federal election laws and demanding legislative and judicial election transparency and accountability. She later co-founded and led as CEO, United Sovereign Americans (Unite4Freedom), where she transposed and expanded NYCA’s efforts nationally. With experience in both New York and national election landscapes, Ms. Hornik has inspired and organized thousands of volunteers and citizens across the country. She is widely regarded as an expert and knowledgeable educator in constitutional principles and federal election law and is known for translating complex legal and electoral concepts into accessible, actionable insights.
Marly is a regular commentator on Newsmax, News Nation, and Fox 5 DC and has written numerous articles on election procedures, laws and constitutional rights to have a legitimately elected representative government. Her work has been published in American Greatness, The Blaze, Townhall, The Daily Caller, American Thinker, The Gateway Pundit and more. She is the founder and CEO of RealAmerica.Vote, and founder and Executive Director of NY Citizens Audit and has delivered inspiring and influential presentations and media interviews that have informed and shaped both the public and elected officials’ understanding of election procedures and election laws. Through her leadership, writing, and advocacy, Ms. Hornik continues to advance civic engagement and accountability efforts to restore the integrity of American elections.
Marly attended Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College. In her spare time, she is a homeschooling mom and caring wife who enjoys the outdoors, intellectual reading, gardening, singing and practicing martial arts.
